Have you ever woken up with a "crick in your neck?" Or maybe felt some shoulder pain and stiffness in the morning? There is a good chance your sleeping position has something to do with that. Today I want to share with you a super simple trick I teach all of my patients who come in with neck and shoulder pain. Check out the video below for more!
How to create your own cervical pillow:
1. Fold a bath towel in half, then roll it up
2. Place towel roll in the bottom of your pillow
3. Sleep more comfortably!!!
It really is as easy as that. Placing the towel roll in the bottom of the pillow case helps keep it in place during the night. This was you can roll from side to side, or even lie on your back, and you will always be supported!
