This no-pressure conversation is a chance to explore your goals, ask questions, and see if nutrition coaching is the right fit for you.
2. ASSESS

Once the root cause of your issue has been identified, we will choose the appropriate plan of care for you.
Your first official session is a 60-minute Intake where Melissa gets to know you, your routines, and your fueling habits. She’ll ask questions about your training schedule, energy levels, recovery, and day-to-day eating patterns to build a complete picture of your needs.
3. PERSONALIZE
After your Intake, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition protocol built around your goals, schedule/routine, and food preferences.
