Dr. Jenna Loewer, DPT
Physical Therapist and Founder of On Pointe Wellness
Jenna’s love for movement began as a dancer, cheerleader, and figure skater growing up in Western New York (Go Bills!). She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY, in 2011. She spent her early career in Rochester, and during this time worked with The Rochester City Ballet, Garth Fagan Dance Company, and Eastman School of Music, gaining invaluable experience in the field of performing arts medicine.

After relocating to Northern Virginia in 2013, Jenna saw a significant gap in the availability of dance medicine services in the area. Fueled by her passion for supporting dancers, she founded On Pointe Wellness and Rehab in 2016. While dance medicine remains her specialty, Jenna has expanded On Pointe’s services to help individuals from all walks of life invest in their health and achieve a pain-free, active lifestyle.
Throughout her career, Jenna has served as an adjunct faculty member at Nazareth College and George Mason University. She has worked with professional dance companies, including The Rochester City Ballet, Garth Fagan Dance Company, and Manassas Ballet Theatre, as well as numerous local dance studios. A dedicated advocate for the performing arts community, Jenna is an active member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS), serves on the advisory board for Doctors for Dancers, and is a proud board member of the Manassas Ballet Theatre.
