PROGRAM DETAILS
Our groundbreaking approach to pointe readiness combines both in-person and virtual training from a licensed physical therapist and dance medicine specialist. Over the next 8 weeks, you’ll receive hands on assessment, tailored exercises, and weekly accountability check-ins. Whether you prefer the energy of in-person sessions or the convenience of online coaching, this hybrid model includes it all to ensure you have the personalized support & attention you need to get your first pair of pointe shoes!
Who It's For:

Dancers aged 10 and up, with a minimum of 2 years ballet training.

Dancers who are motivated to earn their first pair of pointe shoes in the near future.

Dancers who want to build a safe, strong foundation for pointe work to minimize injuries.

Dancers who are not local but still want to work with us.

Dancers returning from an injury who would like to regain strength for pointe work.
What's included:

3- 60 minute visits: In-person (local dancers) or virtual sessions (available to anyone) will include a full pointe readiness screen and hands-on guidance to refine your technique. (Visits completed at weeks 1, 4, & 8)

Custom Exercise Program: Tailored to your unique needs, this 8-week program will work towards building the strength, mobility, and coordination required for pointe work.

Weekly Education: Weekly educational videos to help you understand how to perform movements and enhance your technique.

Weekly Accountability Check-Ins: Stay on track with progress updates, accountability, and continued support from your dance medicine specialist.

All housed within out easy-to-use mobile app: Your exercise program and weekly check-in's are all at the tip of your fingers so you can be successful from anywhere!
What's the time commitment?
3 days minimum/week for 20 minutes.
