AMRAP's, or "As Many Rounds As Possible", are a great way to sneak in a quick 20 minute workout between working from home, napping kids, and to just get moving when you think you might go crazy. Here are 2 different workouts for you to try. Once you get the hang of it, you can start swapping in whatever you fav exercises are!
