About The Event

Do you keep spraining your ankle? 

Do you feel ankle tightness that stops you from squatting deeper?

Having full ankle mobility is key to proper squat form. Many problems can arise when there is an imbalance of mobility and stability in the ankle. This workshop will include easy self assessments for both mobility and stability so you can find out where your limitations are. From there, you will learn simple exercises to address your imbalances and improve your ankle functioning! 

This workshop is great for anyone who has a current or past ankle injury, or is just looking for ways to improve their lifting technqiue.
