The scapula is the foundation for all upper body movements. Improving strength and stability here will help build a stronger base for all of your lifts. We will touch on both pushing and pressing movements, as well as how to incorporate scapular movement/strength into your big lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench/push up, and overhead pressing).
You will walk away with a better understanding of proper alignment, muscle activation and corrective exercises to improve your movement patterns.
